Requirements

A Zapier account (Free plan supports limited Zaps; Starter or higher recommended for production automation). You will authenticate Zentry inside Zapier using an API key generated from Zentry Settings.

Identify the specific workflows you want to automate before building. Zapier works best when trigger and action apps are both well-defined upfront.

Getting Started

Generate a Zentry API key from Settings → Developer. In Zapier, search for "Zentry" and create a new Zap. Authenticate with your API key, then select a Zentry trigger event.

Map the trigger fields to your action app's fields and test the Zap with a sample event. Once the test passes, turn the Zap on. Monitor the first few runs in Zapier's Task History to confirm data flows correctly.
