Marketing expenses submitted in Zentry can be tagged to HubSpot Campaigns, enabling automatic cost-per-lead and cost-per-acquisition calculations as deals progress through the pipeline.
Budget owners receive HubSpot contact and deal context alongside expense approvals, so finance teams can make informed decisions about marketing investment without toggling between platforms.
HubSpot Marketing Hub Starter or higher (or Sales Hub with Campaigns access). The integration uses a HubSpot private app token generated from your HubSpot account settings.
Campaign names in HubSpot should be established before connecting Zentry, as the integration maps Zentry expense tags to HubSpot Campaign names for attribution.
Create a HubSpot private app token with CRM and Marketing access scopes. Paste this token into Zentry Settings → Integrations → HubSpot and click Verify.
Map Zentry expense categories to HubSpot Campaign types and enable the ROI dashboard. Submit a test expense tagged to a HubSpot Campaign and confirm it appears in campaign spend reporting.
