Coursera for Business provides enterprise learning access to thousands of courses and professional certificates. Connecting Coursera to Zentry automates the reimbursement process for employee education spending, removing friction from learning benefit utilization.

When an employee completes a Coursera purchase or subscription renewal, the transaction is surfaced in Zentry against their learning stipend balance. Managers can approve reimbursements in one click with full course context visible in the approval workflow.

Aggregated learning spend data in Zentry gives HR and L&D leaders visibility into team-wide education investment, enabling data-driven decisions about learning budget allocation.

Requirements

A Coursera for Business or Coursera Teams account with admin access. The integration uses Coursera's Learner Data API to pull enrollment and payment data, which must be enabled by your Coursera account manager.

Define your learning benefit policy in Zentry (annual limit, eligible course types, approval requirements) before connecting Coursera so that incoming transactions are automatically validated against policy.

Getting Started

Contact your Coursera account manager to enable API access for your organization. Obtain the API credentials and enter them in Zentry Settings → Integrations → Coursera.

Map Coursera course categories to Zentry expense categories and set the learning stipend limits per employee tier. Enable sync and test with a sample enrollment from a Coursera sandbox or staging environment.
