How do I add or remove team members?

Accepted Answer

Go to  Settings → Team  and click  Invite Member . Enter their email and assign a role: 
 
  Admin  — full access including billing 
  Manager  — manage workers and payments, no billing 
  Viewer  — read-only access to reports 
 
 Invited users receive an email with a 48-hour sign-up link. To remove a member, click the three-dot menu next to their name and select  Revoke Access .

Can I set spending limits per team or project?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Navigate to  Settings → Budgets  to create budget rules. You can set: 
 
  Monthly caps  per team or department 
  Per-transaction limits  that require manager approval above a threshold 
  Alerts  when spending reaches 75% or 90% of the cap 
 
 Budget rules apply to all payment requests initiated within that team's workspace.
