Is Zentry compliant with GDPR?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Zentry is fully  GDPR compliant . Personal data is processed only with a lawful basis, stored in EU-based data centers, and never sold to third parties. 
 You can request a copy of your data or request deletion at any time from  Settings → Privacy → Data Requests . We respond to all requests within 30 days as required by law.

What happens if there's a payment dispute?

Accepted Answer

File a dispute within  60 days  of the payment date by going to  Payments → History , selecting the transaction, and clicking  Dispute . 
 Our team investigates within 5–10 business days. During review, the disputed amount is held in escrow. If the dispute is resolved in your favor, funds are released or refunded within 2 business days.
